Laulani Village Shopping Center – Newest Ewa Beach Shopping Development
The most talked about and anticipated Laulani Village Shopping Center has opened in the Ewa Beach real estate community. With over 14,000 homes in the Ewa region, there were only two Ewa Beach shopping centers which are overly crowded and do not contain enough parking stalls to handle the traffic. Ewa has become a development whirlwind with multiple developers and communities springing up throughout the 40 square miles of developable land.
Meaning “heavenly branch” in Hawaiian, the Laulani Village Shopping Center is located at the corner of Fort Weaver Road and Keaunui Drive. This complex consists of approximately 250,000 square feet of commercial space housing more than 70 new retailers and businesses. The main anchor of the complex is Safeway with City Mill, Petco, Ross, and Walgreens serving as co-anchors. Retailers will include home improvement/hardware, apparel, lifestyle and restaurants. A two-story office building will provide space for doctors, dentists, lawyers, accountants and other professionals. If you are interested in exploring retail leasing opportunities, please contact CB Richard Ellis at (808) 521-1200.”
This shopping center will easily become the largest in Ewa therefore being the “laulani” that holds Ewa together.
